CD 4: Congressional District 4 has 12 Counties

CD 4 Candidacy: Exploratory Committee has been formed but formal decision is pending

Texas' Fourth Congressional District is home to 12 counties in Northeastern Texas from the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to Hooks. The district includes all or part of the counties of Bowie, Collin, Delta, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hopkins, Hunt, Lamar, Rains, Red River, and Rockwall. 

Context: 

• As per https://ballotpedia.org/Texas%27_4th_Congressional_District , Democrat candidate received  ~ $112K and Republican candidate received ~ 242K votes, a total of  354K votes were casted.
• 2026 is not a presidential election year but we need voter turnout.

STRATEGY 1: Design a Connection Framework with voters:  

• Empower County and Precinct leaders and leadership teams
• Fill in County Chair for each county
• Fill in Precinct Chairs for each precinct
• Empower and help with a strategy for Precinct Chairs to connect with every household and connect with voters
• Invite, Involve and Engage Candidate Tony Adams to come in, engage, excite voters which helps creating recurring donors. 
• Build a great connected relationship between County Chairs and CD 4 Candidate Tony Adams

STRATEGY 2: Design a Strategic cost effective Messaging Framework: 

Connect with voters on our strategic messaging 2. Counter any misinformation to educate voters with facts. 

• Leverage our existing highly scalable Digital Platform that has been built to reach to voters. It is ready to go. 
• We built a texting platform that helped us reach 82K plus voters prior to November 2024 election. We may leverage and scale it. This gives us most critical element: Voters Feedback.

STRATEGY 3: Design a Fund Raising Framework:  ( There is lot more to this, but it is a baseline vision )

A hypothetical scenario: 

12 counties: Reach to 5,000 voters for each county. $2 per voter per month recurring donation. 50% to our campaign and 50% to the County Party. [ we had 112K voters who voted Dem last November. We are only baselining less than 50% ]

5,000 voters x 12 counties x $1 = $60K per month for campaign and $60k for each County Party. This would enable us to build infrastructure for County Parties, the Precincts and put a bi-directional feedback loop in place from voters, recurringly. We have the platform ready. We need to fund it.
