- High Grocery Prices Diversify the supply chain by reducing regulatory barriers for independent small business processors and ending agricultural subsidies that favor large food industrial complex over diverse local production. Promote local farming.
- High Healthcare Standardize transparent pricing to enable consumer shopping and increase the supply of practitioners by expanding medical residency slots and scope-of-practice laws. Build more neighborhood health care services to compete with Large Healthcare Industrial Complex.
- High Drug Cost Reform patent "evergreening" to allow generic competitors to enter the market sooner, increasing supply and driving prices down through natural competition. Open up market for high quality drugs with competitive pricing.
- High Mortgage and Rent
Aggressively deregulate zoning to allow for "missing middle" high-density housing, shifting the curve to meet the massive supply deficit. Diversify supply of housing with newer innovation manufacturing. - AI Taking Jobs Shift the tax burden from labor to capital gains, incentivizing businesses to invest in "human-augmenting" AI rather than purely "human-replacing" automation. Ensure Strategic thinking roles are protected for humans.
- Jobs for Youth Replace the "college-for-all" subsidy model with direct-to-employer training credits that align student skills with actual labor market demand. A thorough reform of educational degree offerings to meet new AI economy needs.
- Small Business Growth & Compete Simplify the tax and regulatory compliance code to lower the "barrier to entry" costs that currently only massive corporations can afford to pay. Promote, funding entrepreneurships for small business ownerships.
- High Home and Auto Insurance Promote and deregulate the market so more companies get into the supply side.
I am thankful to our communities
I am thankful for overwhelming support and trust in me in our last election in 2024 for the Texas House District 61. My campaign was all about Working Families, Red, Blue or Independent. The warmth of Texas isn’t just in the weather, it’s in the people, the culture, and the way we live. I love Texas and our people. I will always put Working Families over politics.
